Using Competency Based Interviews and Personal Profile Analysis techniques, we determine how well candidates align with job requirements. We use our annually generated staffing plans to assess applications received for vacant positions and match qualified candidates with positions that best suit their abilities. During the placement process, we also assess core competencies to determine candidates' ability to embrace our corporate culture.
