MMI is an exploration, development and mining company focused its activities on discovery of zinc-lead deposits in Hakkari-Şırnak region since 2021.
 

There are a total of 10 licenses, 8 exploration and 2 operation, on MMI, of which İlbak Holding is a partner.

Region is known as the centre of mining with a long history for its oxide zinc-lead deposits however lacks extensive modern exploration methods applied. Ilbak Holding through MMI, despite extreme geography, is dedicated discovering new deposits with its experienced teams at best international practice. As part of joint venture agreement, MMI holds first right to explore and currently explores on other 16 exploration licences on favourable geological belt in the region.

Our aim to mine the future discovered deposits with suitable, sustainable, and environmentally friendly methods in consideration of creating most economical and social benefits to the region.
