From infrastructure to the production process, we continue our activities under the management of MMD Madencilik, with a focus on sustainability and economic value creation.

The lead-zinc project located in the Çan district of Çanakkale has been operated by MMD Madencilik, a company under İlbak Holding, since December 2024.

Covering a total area of 1,872 hectares, the project site is currently undergoing infrastructure works. Once these works are completed, the project aims to commence ore production and process the extracted materials into lead and zinc concentrates.

Conducted within the framework of sustainability and compliance with international standards, the project aims not only to create economic value but also to contribute to regional employment.
